When registering your Henry, we collect basic contact information, your product serial number and may also require a copy of your proof of purchase to fully validate future enquiries.

We also collect information when you engage with our social media channels. Social media offers another way for us to communicate with you, for you to communicate with us, and for you to communicate with others about our products and services. We monitor this publicly available content, as it helps us to understand what people are saying about our products and services, so that we may develop them.
